In the fierce market competition,talent is considered the most precious and valuable resource.Enterprises are also trying to attract high-quality talents through different recruitment channels and methods at lower costs and higher efficiency.At present,due to the popularization and progress of Internet technology and the needs of social development under the COVID-19,recruitment through the Internet has become more and more popular.However,research in this field is relatively lacking,so this article mainly focuses on internet recruitment from the perspective of job seekers and explores the impact of recruitment website features on organizational attractiveness.Organizational attractiveness refers to the practical ability of a company to attract external talents and meet the expectations and needs of job seekers.It measures the willingness of potential job seekers to work in a specific organization.In previous studies on organizational attractiveness,the main focus was on value matching,organizational reputation,and other aspects,while there was relatively little exploration of enterprises in the field of online recruitment.This study can provide new ideas and suggestions for organizations to attract potential job seekers in the future.This paper mainly focuses on the influencing factors and paths of organizational attractiveness in online recruitment.Based on the signal theory and technology acceptance model,this paper discusses the impact of organizational website characteristics on organizational attractiveness.At the same time,it studies the mediating effect of job seekers’ perceived usefulness between organizational website characteristics and organizational attractiveness and the moderating effect of Internet self-efficacy between job seekers’ perceived usefulness and organizational attractiveness.This study conducted an online questionnaire survey on individuals who have experienced online recruitment,collected research data through the online survey tool Question Star,and disseminated it through channels such as We Chat,QQ,and social media.Finally,statistical software SPSS 22 and Amos 25 were used to process and analyze the data of 350 valid questionnaires obtained,and the following research conclusions were obtained:(1)Organizational website features have a positive impact on job seekers’ perceived usefulness.(2)The characteristics of organizational websites have a positive impact on organizational attractiveness.(3)Job seekers’ perceived usefulness has some mediating effect between organizational website characteristics and organizational attractiveness.(4)Internet self-efficacy significantly moderates the positive impact of job seekers’ perceived usefulness on organizational attractiveness,but there is no moderated mediating effect.The main contribution of this study is to study the influencing factors and paths of organizational attractiveness from the perspective of organizational website characteristics,theoretically expanding the perspective of organizational attractiveness research.In the Internet era,online recruitment combines organizational website characteristics and job seekers’ Internet self-efficacy,giving consideration to the comprehensive impact of subject and object.In practice,this study provides new ideas for organizations on how to attract job seekers in recruitment.Organizations need to keep up with the trend of the times,and can fully utilize the design of their website and organizational information for recruitment activities.By carefully developing and designing their recruitment website,the content of the organization’s website is enriched,the appearance of the organization’s website is moderately optimized,the use and operation of the organization’s website is simplified,and the usefulness of the organization’s website is strengthened,This will leave a deeper impression on job seekers,enhance organizational attractiveness,enhance the quantity and quality of applicants,and help the organization select the necessary talents. |
