Small And Medium-Sized Technology Enterprise F Company Business Contract Risk Control Strategy

The rapid development of China’s economy is inseparable from the strong support of the state for scientific and technological innovation.Small and medium-sized technology enterprises are the most active part of the technological innovation market and an important force in promoting the country’s high-quality development.At the same time,we have also seen various difficulties in the development of small and medium-sized technology companies.The average life expectancy is less than 3 years,and the highest proportion of contract disputes and resorting to law are caused by irregularities or lack of scientificity.In recent years,the outbreak of the new crown epidemic has made the internal and external environment more severe,and small and medium-sized technology enterprises are constantly facing survival crises such as increased receivables and tight liquidity.As the carrier of business activities,the contract shoulders the mission of leading the destiny of the enterprise.It has become a top priority for small and medium-sized technology enterprises to attach importance to business contract management and to build a sound business contract management system.This thesis firstly analyzes the research status of domestic and foreign business contract management and my country’s support for the development of small and medium-sized technology enterprises.Then,taking the small and medium-sized technology enterprise F company as an example,by sorting out the current situation of F company,it uses scientific methods such as process analysis method and risk coordinate method to conduct an in-depth discussion on the risks existing in F company.(1)Through in-depth analysis of Company F’s background,organizational structure,contract management system,contract management process and current business contract data,we initially found out the current business contract management problems faced by Company F.(2)Use the flow chart analysis method and the checklist method to deeply analyze the risks existing in the business contract management of Company F,and identify the specific risk factors.The risk is then assessed using the risk coordinate method to identify key risk factors.(3)According to the analysis results and the actual situation of Company F,formulate corresponding risk prevention measures from the perspectives of credit risk,delivery risk,accounts receivable risk,etc.and track the implementation effect of the measures.The research results of this thesis improve the business contract management level of F company,reduce its risk loss,and improve the enterprise’s profit.It has played a good demonstration role for the upstream and downstream enterprises that F company cooperates with,and also has a good reference for other small and medium-sized technology-based enterprises.
