| Red cultural tourism is an economic project,cultural project and enrich the people project with Chinese characteristics,and it is one of the mainstream of modern tourism development.At present,red cultural tourism has entered a stage of high-quality development under the guidance of the "14th Five-Year Plan for Tourism Development" issued by the State Council.Therefore,it is bound to put forward stricter requirements for the management of red cultural tourism enterprises.Judging from the current research status at home and abroad,red cultural tourism enterprises lack a scientific performance evaluation system to help them effectively measure the level of enterprise management and enterprise development,which hinders enterprises from realizing the goal of sustainable and high-quality development in harmony with economy,society,culture and ecology at an early date.Based on this,this thesis takes DTH Tourism Co.,Ltd.as the research object,and constructs an enterprise performance evaluation system,which provides some reference for the research on the performance evaluation of red cultural tourism enterprises.Based on the theory of performance evaluation,red cultural tourism and red cultural tourism performance evaluation,this thesis analyzes the development and performance evaluation status of DTH Tourism Co.,Ltd.through questionnaire method and case analysis method.And it finds that the problems of its performance evaluation mainly exist in performance evaluation goals,performance evaluation subjects,the selection of performance evaluation indicators,the weight of performance evaluation indicators,and the performance evaluation feedback mechanism are five aspects.The reasons for the problems include insufficient awareness of performance evaluation,weak awareness of sustainable development and insufficient supervision of performance evaluation work.Based on the above problems and reasons,this thesis uses the extended balanced scorecard method to determine corporate performance from six dimensions of economic benefits,environmental benefits,social benefits,cultural benefits,corporate governance and innovative development on the basis of combining ESG concepts and red culture concepts.For the second-level indicators of evaluation,the final third-level indicators and weights are determined by using the structural equation model,and then the expert scoring method is used as the performance evaluation method,thereby constructing a scientific and effective performance evaluation system for DTH.Finally,measures to ensure the performance evaluation system of DTH Tourism Co.,Ltd.are proposed from four aspects: system,personnel,performance culture,and the time plan.Through the above research,it is found that it is very necessary for red cultural tourism enterprises to have a scientific and comprehensive performance evaluation system.By implementing smoothly this system,the management and control ability of the enterprise can be improved,the existing problems of the enterprise can be accurately grasped,and the realization of enterprise goals can be promoted. |
