Facing the fierce competition in the market environment,more and more enterprises begin to realize the importance of human capital as an unrepeatable resource.In particular,as the main body of scientific and technological innovation and creation,the scientific and technological innovation team undertakes the heavy task and mission of national and enterprise economic reform and transformation.How to give full play to the corporate culture to properly and effectively stimulate the scientific innovation behavior of the scientific innovation team has become the focus and focus of current research.From the perspective of organizational culture,this thesis discusses the methods of auditing the innovation incentive effect of science and innovation teams.The idea and context of writing will be arranged as follows.First of all,the thesis analyzes the impact of corporate culture on the innovation incentive effect of science and innovation teams from the theoretical perspective and level,and deduces and constructs the audit evaluation dimension of corporate culture on the innovation incentive effect of science and innovation teams through the impact of corporate culture on the innovation incentive effect of science and innovation teams.Secondly,by expanding and refining the audit evaluation dimension of the innovation incentive effect of the science and innovation team,a set of audit evaluation index system that can evaluate the innovation incentive effect of the enterprise’s science and innovation team is designed.Finally,the case analysis method is used to verify the design and construction of the audit evaluation index system of the innovation incentive effect of the science and innovation team under the perspective of corporate culture in the case company with the characteristics of science and innovation,and further analyze the implementation effect of the innovation incentive of the audited enterprise’s science and innovation team.Identify the problems and defects in the implementation of innovation incentives for science and innovation teams by enterprises from the perspective of audit,and provide and output an audit report and opinion on improving the implementation effect of innovation incentives for science and innovation teams from the perspective of corporate culture,thus providing suggestions for the improvement of the incentive mechanism of science and innovation teams of the audited enterprises,so as to effectively exert the innovation behavior and awareness of science and innovation teams,and ultimately improve the business performance of enterprises and realize enterprise value.
