Research On Logistics Cost Control Of D E-commerce Company From The Perspective Of Value Chai

With the rapid development of "Internet plus",online shopping has been gradually accepted by people,and a new market economy represented by e-commerce has been formed,which has promoted the economic growth of Our country.Due to the continuous development of e-commerce,the competition between e-commerce enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce,leading to enterprises have to reduce the profits of products.Therefore,in order to improve profits,many enterprises realize the importance of strengthening cost control.In the total cost of enterprises,the cost of logistics activities accounts for a large proportion.The effective control of logistics cost by enterprises can improve their profits and enhance their competitiveness.It is of practical significance to control logistics cost based on value chain theory.This paper focuses on exploring the evaluation indicators of logistics cost control of e-commerce enterprises from the perspective of value chain.Based on D e-commerce company,it finds out and analyzes the key factors affecting logistics cost control of the company,and puts forward effective countermeasures.First of all,through literature review,we have a comprehensive understanding of the value chain,logistics cost control and logistics cost control of e-commerce enterprises at home and abroad.Second,in this paper expounds the electric business enterprise logistics cost control principles,objectives,methods and perspective of value chain logistics cost control theory such as object,content and steps,on the basis of the questionnaire investigation of the value chain perspective of electrical business enterprise logistics cost control evaluation index to carry on the design,use SPSS cloning Bach coefficient method for reliability analysis,the evaluation index,The key elements of the logistics cost control system of D e-commerce company from the perspective of value chain are screened by ahp with evaluation indicators and the actual situation of the company,and the overall evaluation of logistics cost control is carried out.Finally,put forward the optimization of enterprise logistics cost control countermeasure and safeguard measures,involving optimized distribution process,improve the utilization rate of logistics assets,set up supplier evaluation index system,establish strategic alliance with competitive enterprise,such as radically reduce the cost,steadily improve the comprehensive strength,hope for e-commerce business experience and enlightenment.
