Research On The Level Measurement And Optimization Strategies Of Rural Finance Supporting The Development Of Agricultural Industrialization In Jining

As an important solution to the "three rural issues",with the context of the rural revitalization strategy,agricultural industrialization plays an important role in promoting the integration of rural industries and the construction of urban-rural integration.However,due to the weakness of agriculture itself,the development of agricultural industrialization needs joint efforts and coordinated development.Rural financial support plays an important role in promoting the development of agricultural industrialization.Jining is a large agricultural city in the southwest of Shandong Province.Its agricultural scale indicators are higher than the average of all cities in Shandong Province.Agricultural characteristic industries have certain advantages.The industrial clusters and consortiums formed have taken shape,and the development prospect of agricultural industrialization is good.Therefore,taking Jining City as an example,based on the actual development of agricultural industrialization in Jining City,this paper explores the current situation and influencing factors of rural financial support for agricultural industrialization in Jining City,which has certain research value and practical significance.On the basis of combing the domestic and foreign research status,this paper takes the agricultural credit subsidy theory,the rural financial market theory and the incomplete competition market theory as the theoretical support.First of all,the qualitative analysis method is used to describe the current situation of agricultural industrialization and rural financial support in Jining.Secondly,according to the indicator system of agricultural industrialization,using the 2011-2020 Jining Statistical Yearbook and survey data,the agricultural industrialization indicators are selected and obtained,and the relationship between the development of agricultural industrialization and rural finance in Jining is obtained through factor analysis and regression analysis with SPSS.The research results show that the level of agricultural industrialization in Jining is increasing year by year.In the regression analysis,there is a significant linear relationship between agricultural industrialization and financial institution support for agriculture and government support for agriculture.Among them,the coefficient of government support for agriculture is higher than that of financial institution support for agriculture,which has a greater impact on agricultural industrialization.Finally,based on the experience and enlightenment of financial support for the development of agricultural industrialization at home and abroad,aiming at the influencing factors of financial support in the process of agricultural industrialization in Jining,from the perspective of rural financial system,financial support for agriculture channels,financial product innovation and agricultural insurance system,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions of rural financial support for the development of agricultural industrialization in Jining.Specific measures are as follows: First,improve the supply system of rural financial services,integrate and reasonably allocate rural financial resources,and ensure the provision of comprehensive financial services for agricultural enterprises and farmers;Secondly,we should strengthen rural financial institutions’ support for agriculture through multiple channels,highlight the government’s macro-control role in the process of supporting agriculture,and give play to the positive role of financial institutions;Thirdly,optimize and innovate financial products and services,understand the needs of agricultural enterprises and farmers,carry out targeted development,carry out multi-level rural financial services,and improve the quality of rural financial services;Fourth,establish and improve the rural financial credit guarantee system,expand the scope of agriculture-related financial insurance,improve the agriculture-related financial insurance mechanism,improve the agricultural insurance system as a whole,and escort the development of agricultural industrialization supported by rural finance.It is expected to provide reference and reference for the local government and competent departments to formulate policies and promote the in-depth development of agricultural industrialization in Jining through financial support.
