Research On Independent Development Of The Inner Mongolia Chamber Of Commerce In Yantai City

As the first non-local chamber of commerce developed from ethnic minority areas in Yantai,Yantai Inner Mongolia Chamber of Commerce has the characteristics of pure nongovernmental and economic.In the process of development,the Chamber of Commerce can better apply its autonomy to organizational decisions and actions.However,most of the non-local chambers of commerce in China,especially some chambers of commerce in ethnic minority areas or chambers of commerce transferred from the frontier to the hinterland,have little systematic research on how to develop independently,and they have not made full use of their own cultural symbols and unique development advantages.It is necessary to explore how the non-local chamber of commerce combines its own advantages,how to develop independently and highlight the key points under the condition of being a third sector,take the Yantai Inner Mongolia Chamber of Commerce as a case study to analyze,and conduct a comprehensive understanding of the internal structure of the chamber of commerce through interviews,fieldwork and other data collection methods.By means of literature research,we will sort out relevant materials independently selected by chambers of commerce,sort out and summarize the general path of independent development of the Inner Mongolia Chamber of Commerce in Yantai City,for the sake of explore the practice path of the Chamber of Commerce in recent years to highlight the development of regional economy through cultural activities.Through the investigation of the independent development process of Yantai Inner Mongolia Chamber of Commerce,and the analysis of the changes and exchanges between the Yantai ethnic group and economy from the cultural perspective,it is believed that the reasons and main measures of Yantai Inner Mongolia Chamber of Commerce independently select to emphasize the cultural exchange activities to promote economic development are closely related to culture,economy and social public welfare undertakings.Combined with the theories of management,ethnic economics and other related disciplines as guidance,the characteristics of the Chamber of Commerce to develop cultural exchange functions and safeguard economic interests are summarized,that is,the Chamber of Commerce as a thirdparty organization to make up for the gap between the government and the market,regional culture and national culture become an important means of economic exchange,emotional exchange and maintenance become to pay close attention to progress of the Chamber of Commerce,and the social networks composed of personal exchanges becomes an important resource for the development of the Chamber of Commerce.The influences of the cultural exchange function of the Inner Mongolia Chamber of Commerce in Yantai City is summarized on the ground.First,for the improvement of the chamber of commerce’s own development,and second,for the benefits of social relations and ethnic unity work.Finally,the theory of independent development of Yantai Inner Mongolia Chamber of Commerce was sorted out and relevant conclusions were drawn.
