Study On The Influence Of Private Equity Investment On The Performance Of Listed Companies In High-tech Manufacturing Industry In China

With its increasing comprehensive national strength,China has developed into the world’s most attractive market economy.The private equity investment market has gradually been favored by investors from all over the world.The introduction of private equity investment can not only broaden the financing channels of small and medium-sized companies,but also play a positive role in improving the market operating environment and enhancing the core competitiveness of the company.However,China’s private equity investment started relatively late,and there is still a big gap compared with foreign developed countries in terms of relevant policy guidance,market acceptance and development concept.In view of this,this paper studies the impact of private equity investment on the performance of listed companies in high-tech manufacturing industry,aiming to promote the development of private equity investment in China and promote the steady growth of China’s listed companies in China.This paper holds that the intervention of private equity investment can broaden the financing channels of listed high-tech manufacturing companies,alleviate the adverse selection and moral hazard problems caused by information asymmetry,improve the operation efficiency of high-tech manufacturing companies,put more energy to the cultivation of the problems such as principal agent,and promote the company to establish an effective incentive remuneration system and improve the operation level of the company.This paper takes the listed companies of high-tech manufacturing industry as the research sample,divided into two control groups according to whether there is private equity investment participation,and uses factor analysis and multiple regression analysis for empirical test.It can be seen that the intervention of private equity investment,the number of shareholders of private equity investment,the reputation of private equity shareholders and the proportion of private equity holdings will all have a positive and positive impact on the corporate performance of high-tech manufacturing companies.In this paper in the last section put forward relevant policy Suggestions,think that in the future to constantly follow up the prospective research results,continue to improve the research system,standardize the development direction of private equity investment,advocate and popularization of private equity investment with the development of benign concept,optimize the allocation of resources of private equity investment and high technology manufacturing industry.
