With the development of society, more and more business scandals have come into people’s eyes.At the beginning of this century,"Enron","Global Telecommunications","Andersen" and other corporate giants admitted financial fraud, which had a profound impact on the American economy;Since 2008,China’s "Sanlu Milk Powder","China Eastern Airlines Return","fake Mantou" and other news have also emerged one after another, affecting social stability and order. In order to prevent all kinds of unethical phenomena from becoming more and more serious, corporate ethics has received the attention of consumers, enterprises, educational circles, government and other departments, and the research on corporate ethics decision-making has entered a rapid development period. The development of China’s market economy cannot be separated from the basic role played by private enterprises, and the growth of private enterprises cannot be separated from the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, which we call "capillaries" of market economy.Small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)are not only the main component of China’s market economy, but also have a huge scale, more than 90% of the total number of enterprises.Their ranks are constantly growing and playing an increasingly prominent role in the economy, and staff work as the main body of SMEs also plays an increasingly important role. Most SMEs are in the growth stage of the enterprise life cycle theory, and the relevant internal management system is not perfect, and the corporate culture is not clear.Under the influence of traditional Chinese Confucian ideology, many "human feelings" concepts have been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people, and it is easier to "climb the relationship" and "show respect" in the process of interpersonal communication. Therefore, irrational factors have a wide impact on the behavior of employees in small and medium-sized enterprises in China.Based on China’s national conditions, this paper discusses the influence of irrational factors on the ethical decisions of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, through the literature arrangement and semi-structure interview, obtain the domestic irrational factors affecting the behavior of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, classification and comprehensive irrational model, the "former consciousness" stage includes moral intuition, moral emotions and interpersonal persuasion,"moral reasoning" stage includes limited moral consciousness, cognitive bias and moral rationalization. On this basis, this paper puts forward reasonable assumptions for the irrational factors, designs the questionnaire for the hypothesis, examines the influence of various irrational factors on the ethical decision-making process through questionnaire survey, and uses mathematical analysis software to carry out the relevant analysis and regression analysis, clarify the specific influence of the factors, and draw the following conclusions:(1)small and medium enterprise employees ethical cognition, ethical judgment and ethical behavior stage significant positive correlation, ethical judgment as a intermediary variable, affect ethical cognition on ethical behavior.(2)Positive emotions promote employees of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises to make ethical decisions, and negative emotions promote employees of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises to make non-ethical decisions.(3)Shame and empathy have obvious effects on the three stages of ethical decision-making.Proupride acts on the stage of ethical judgment and ethical behavior, while embarrassment, gratitude and emotional improvement have no significant impact on the three stages of ethical decision-making.(4)Moral intuition and moral rationalization have an effects in the three stages of ethical decision-making;limited moral consciousness acts in the stage of ethical cognition and ethical judgment, while cognitive bias only acts in the stage of ethical judgment.(5)moral intuition as an intermediary variable, affect micro, small and medium enterprises employees "moral reasoning process" factors to the role of ethical decision three stages, namely the moral intuition as a intermediary variable, affect micro, small and medium-sized enterprise employees through limited moral consciousness hinder ethical cognition, through cognitive prejudice ethical judgment, through moral rationalization hinder ethical intention and ethical behavior. On the basis of obtaining the above conclusions, this paper analyzes the differences between the conclusions and the conclusions of the domestic and foreign classic literature, and draws the enlightenment based on local research, forming a good atmosphere and considering uncertainty,so as to promote the ethical decision of employees of small, medium and micro enterprises and promote the better development of small, medium and micro enterprises.
