Research On Development Strategy Of Kunming DJ Investment Co.,LTD

State-owned enterprises are the backbone of China’s national economic construction and an important pillar industry of socialism with Chinese characteristics.They play an important role in the national economy and people’s life.The communique of the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China holds that: promoting the reform and development of enterprises,improving the enthusiasm of enterprises and the management ability of state-owned economy on the whole,plays a very important role in perfecting the socialist market economic system,promoting the development of national economy,improving the living standards of the people,maintaining a relatively stable and united policy pattern,and consolidating the socialist system.The research object of this paper,Kunming DJ Investment Company,is a district-level state-owned enterprise,whose main business is the construction and operation of industrial parks.Under the premise that the Party and the State strengthen the reform of state-owned enterprises,the enterprise managers should abandon the original thinking and mode,jump out of the shackling of the traditional operation mode,seriously carry out in-depth analysis of the enterprise,and actively explore.Point out the development direction and target for the enterprise,and put forward the corresponding development strategy safeguard measures.This paper takes the research of DJ company as the main object of investigation.Firstly,it analyzes the enterprise strategy and relevant theories as well as relevant methods and tools,and makes a preliminary analysis of the external environment of DJ company by using PEST analysis method and Porter’s Five Forces model.SWOT model is used to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats that the enterprise will face in the subsequent development and transformation.Based on the above analysis and the actual situation of the company,the development strategy of DJ company is determined.Finally,the implementation of the development strategy of DJ company is formulated to provide reference for the development,transformation and upgrading of other state-owned enterprises and the reform of local state-owned enterprises.
