| Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 in 2020,it has had a huge impact on human life safety and economic activities worldwide.Especially for the manufacturing industry,all aspects of its supply chain have been threatened to varying degrees,such as procurement interruption,transportation interruption,demand decline and other issues.As an important part of economic activities,the supply chain is always ready to deal with supply chain interruption caused by emergencies in the future business operations.Therefore,it is of great significance for supply chain members to recognize the impact of major supply chain disruptions such as the COVID-19 and develop recovery strategies for the optimization and coordination of the supply chain,especially in the context of the COVID-19 epidemic.This paper makes the following research on supply chain disruption.First of all,look up the research fields of supply chain disruption and its corresponding recovery strategies from the domestic and foreign literature,understand the current research situation and existing problems,lay the foundation for supply chain and related theories,and find that the existing research on supply chain disruption has rarely combined with recovery strategies and other issues;Secondly,it sorts out the relevant concepts and theories of the study.The concepts of major emergencies,supply chain disruption,recovery strategies and the theoretical basis applied in the paper are sorted out to lay the foundation for subsequent research.Thirdly,according to the actual conditions,sort out the constraints and research objectives,put forward the assumptions and build the system dynamics and integer programming models,in which the system dynamics model is used to study the impact of supply chain interruption,and the integer programming model is used to study the recovery measures after interruption.From the second,the dynamic evolution analysis of the constructed supply chain disruption model is carried out with Vensim PLE software from four aspects of profit,cost,inventory and order backlog,and its evolution results are analyzed.Finally,the paper proposes to set up emergency inventory and emergency external procurement strategies,and shows the implementation effects of a single strategy and a combination strategy respectively,and analyzes the simulation results of the recovery strategy model.The supply chain interruption recovery model proposed in this paper enriches the research in the supply chain interruption field.The described production capacity interruption and recovery ideas caused by major emergencies can provide some reference for the management of supply chain interruption in modern manufacturing industry. |
