With the rapidly development of science and technology,the adverse effects of cyber crimes show a rapid spread.Among them,the crime of telecommunications network fraud has seriously infringed the legitimate rights and interests of the people.It is not only the work responsibilities of the public security organs to crack down on telecommunications network fraud,but also the social responsibility of major enterprise groups.Under the current situation,through the technical advantages of finance,communication,the Internet and other industries,early warning and timely preventing telecommunications network fraud have become the most effective means.How to improve the prevention and governance capability of telecom network fraud has become a hot topic in the industry.This article takes the representative enterprise of the communications industry,the enterprise X,the prevention process of the telecommunications network fraud as the research object,in depth analysis of the problems,establish the goal of process optimization,and further formulate process optimization measures.First,investigate the status quo of the process of preventing and governance of the X Enterprise Telecom Network.Then,through the use of ASME analysis method,fishbone diagram analysis,and 5WHY analysis method,it was found that the telecommunications network fraud prevention and control process took a long time,the accuracy of technical prevention and control was poor,and the personnel execution efficiency were not high.Finally,on the basis of the process optimization principle,the ECRS analysis method is used.We proposed to streamline processes and improve hardware performance to optimize processes and achieve the goal of reducing process time consumption.By building an innovative talent team and improving application capabilities,we aim to enhance our big data capabilities.Through optimization measures such as enhancing digital capacity building,adjusting personnel organizational structure,improving training systems,and enhancing management efforts to improve personnel efficiency.And then realize the efficient development of telecommunications network fraud prevention and governance.The process optimization plan studied in this article enhances the processing capacity of the X Enterprise Telecom Network fraud prevention,enhanced the digitalization capabilities and level of the enterprise,and promoted the construction of the innovation team of enterprise science and technology talents.The most important thing is that it can better provide customers with a more secure and credible living environment,ensure that the vital interests of the people are not infringed,increase the customer’s trust in the enterprise,shape the better corporate brand image.
