It is an important strategic task of our country to promote rural development to a high level by means of marketization and industrial revitalization.Since the completion of poverty alleviation,China has been actively planning how to effectively connect with the rural revitalization work.This is because more attention has been paid to achieving the standards in a short period of time.The achievement of poverty alleviation still lacks a solid foundation stone and a reliable carrier,and the poor households still face the risk of impoverishing or returning to poverty due to various risk factors.Therefore,in the process of continuing to help Peasant Household to increase their incomes and improve the level of rural economic development,we must firmly rely on the expansion of industries and grasp the fundamental strategy of poverty alleviation through industries to achieve a stable and lasting development.We will transform the direct assistance given to various tangible materials into a poverty alleviation method that guides and drives poor households to become self-reliant,internally energizing the development of the vast number of backward rural areas,blazing a path for Peasant Household to continuously increase their incomes,and promoting the development of agriculture and rural areas to a higher level.Liupanshui City of Guizhou Province has made a beneficial attempt on how to develop agricultural economy and promote rural prosperity,exploring the "three changes" reform with local characteristics,effectively integrating Peasant Household’ land and other tangible and intangible assets and management rights,based on the local natural resource endowment,and encouraging Peasant Household to generate the power of self-struggle from the heart.Aiming at the mountain featured agricultural products with high profits and wide audience,such as tea,kiwi,tea,walnut,roxthorn and other agricultural products,it has walked out of a road of agricultural development with Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau characteristicsLD company was founded in 2014,division level state-owned holding enterprises,the company was established with a sense of responsibility and mission,constantly study and find kiwi fruit characteristics in the potential use of value,at present,has become the strongest kiwi fruit production enterprises in the province.This paper takes the transaction cost theory,economies of scale theory,industrial poverty alleviation connotation,"company + farmer" business model connotation,interest linkage mechanism connotation as theoretical guidance.At the same time,it carefully reviews the domestic and foreign research results of agricultural industrialization management,makes an in-depth analysis of LD Company by case analysis method,supplemented by field investigation method,and finds out solutions by literature analysis method.It is concluded that the existing problems of LD Company are imperfect interest linkage mechanism,lack of human resources,unstable fruit quality,low scientific research level,lack of brand influence and other aspects.After analyzing the causes,it further studies and summarizes the "company + farmer" business model of New Zealand kiwifruit industry,and distills the experience and enlightenment.Finally,this paper puts forward five feasible suggestions for LD Company,including improving the interest linkage mechanism,strengthening the construction of human resources,strengthening the standardized production of fruit products,enhancing the ability of scientific and technological innovation,and paying attention to brand building,so as to strengthen the relationship between LD Company and Peasant Household and make joint efforts in various aspects to create a better atmosphere of agricultural industrialization.In order to make the kiwi industry can host Peasant Household to increase the level of income on a grade.
