At present,local governments at all levels attach great importance to investment promotion work and regard investment promotion as the "lifeline" of local economic development.It is believed that investment promotion is a basic,strategic,and pioneering work for accelerating local economic and social development.The adjustment and upgrading of the local industrial structure have a promotion effect,which has a promoting role in the cultivation of local economic transformation and growth points and has a leading role in economic and social development.However,with the further development of the economy and society,the domestic and international economic situation has become increasingly severe,and the competition for investment promotion is increasingly fierce.In addition,with the outbreak of new crown pneumonia,investment promotion is "difficult to add".In this context,local government departments are at all levels.How to play an important functional responsibility of China Merchants,and through the implementation of accurate and effective investment promotion management,to promote the role of local economic development,has become the direction that governments at all levels and regions at all levels.In this article,the core concepts such as attracting investment and government investment promotion,reviewing the status quo of domestic and foreign investment promotion related research,and reviewing the basic theory of investment promotion related theories,select the investment promotion of the Q District Government as the research object.The method of literature analysis,case analysis,and interviews was collected,and a large number of first-hand information was collected.Based on combing the development of the investment promotion of the Q District Government,combined with relevant statistical data,the district of the Q District Government’s investment promotion organizational structure,work process,main practices,and achievements were analyzed in detail;The construction of the investment system,the management of factor guarantee,the development of the industry,and the management of talent management,and from the region of the district government,the consciousness of attracting investment concept,the efficiency of basic resource utilization,the dominant industrial positioning,and the training of talent teams are carried out.In-depth analysis;introduced the experience and practices of investment promotion in Kunshan,Dongguan,and other developed areas,as well as the experience and practices of Yongchuan District and Zigong High-tech Zone Government,summarized and refined the inspiration and reference of the investment promotion of the Q District Government;Actually,it can be used for countermeasures for investment promotion references in other developed regions.
