New types of consumption have boomed in China,especially after the outbreak of COVID-19.Online contactless consumption has shown great advantages.It guarantee residents’ daily live and promote the recovery of domestic consumption.Promoting consumption is not only a key measure to face the impact of the epidemic and revitalize the economy,but also a necessary measure to cope with the impact of the epidemic abroad and foster a stronger domestic market.After referring to domestic and foreign literature on digital inclusive finance and residents’ consumption level,the following research is carried out: Firstly,the relevant concepts of digital inclusive finance and residents’ consumption level are defined;Secondly,it introduced the relevant theory and the influence mechanism;Furthermore,it analyzed the status of development,summarized problems and put forward research hypotheses.Then,it make empirical analysis.The results show that:(1)Digital financial inclusion has a significant positive effect on residents’ consumption.(2)Digital inclusive finance has a more significant impact on rural residents’ consumption and the per capita consumption in China.(3)Digital inclusive finance is more significant to the consumption level of residents in the great northwest economic Zone and the Great Southwest Economic Zone.(4)Digital inclusive finance has an impact on residents’ consumption expenditure by reducing residents’ sense of loss in psychological account,alleviating current credit restraint,reducing precautionary savings and increasing residents’ investment income.(5)Finally,based on the research results,corresponding suggestions are given for digital inclusive finance to promote residents’ consumption level.Figure 17;Table 9;Reference 66...
