Study On Risk And Prevention Of M Company’s Asset Securitization

In the financial activities,asset securitization is one of the indispensable innovative activities,not only has a great influence on the activities in the financial field,but also is a key to promote the economic development of our country.In today’s diversified development,although asset securitization has achieved good development,it still faces many problems in its development,and the risks brought by these problems are self-evident.Nowadays,how to do a good job of risk prevention of asset securitization has become a hot topic.M Company is the leader in the field of Internet consumer financial services,and its asset securitization business takes the lead.The risk evaluation of asset securitization project can reveal the risk factors of the project for M company,and provide reference for M company and the industry to improve the risk management of asset securitization project.This paper combed and summarized the Internet consumer finance,asset securitization,risk assessment and prevention of research results,in M company asset securities into a main research object,according to the theory of risk isolation theory,asset restructuring and credit enhancement theory as the instruction,through literature research,case analysis and other research methods,analyzes the M company asset securities business,Studied the operation situation of M company asset securitization project,in order to find the problems existing in the M company asset securitization project,and build assets securitization risk comprehensive evaluation index system,the environmental risk,technology risk,credit risk assessment,and according to the risks cause corresponding reasonable Suggestions and measures are put forward.It is found that the risks of M company’s asset securitization project from high to low are environmental risk factors,technical risk factors,operational risk factors and credit risk factors.On this basis,this paper puts forward the effective preventing environmental risk,increasing emphasis on risk prevention,perfecting the credit risk prevention system to guard against risks and improve the trade structure and preventive measures,in order to reduce the risk of M company asset securitization business,also for Internet consumer finance enterprise asset securitization,provide some reference to help them find the securitization risk and prevent it in advance,Promote Internet consumer finance enterprises to continue to provide better and more comprehensive services for customers’ consumer credit needs in the future.
