With the profound changes in the international structure and international system,China’s market economy is developing rapidly,and domestic enterprises are focusing on human resource management in their pursuit of long-term development,enterprise performance management is widely concerned by large enterprises.Our country enterprise type is various,the development also is not balanced,to the performance management application condition is also uneven.Among them,agricultural and commercial banks are an important part of China’s financial enterprises,playing a very important role in the development of China’s rural economy,providing operation and security for China’s village and town funds,because of its special historical development process,in the past,insufficient attention was paid to the performance management work,and there were many problems such as the performance management being formalistic and the performance appraisal being regarded as the performance management,which led to the non-standard management and slow development of the agricultural and Commercial Bank of China,seriously hindered the development of agricultural and Commercial Bank,J county agricultural and Commercial Bank as one of the members is in trouble.Facing the dilemma of performance management of Agricultural Bank of Commerce,this paper hopes to analyze the problem of performance management of Agricultural Bank of Commerce in J county,and to promote the development of rural commercial bank.Through literature analysis,focus interview and other forms,the paper analyzes the J county agricultural and Commercial Bank performance management related to the status quo,the use of case study to analyze the main problems and the causes of the problems.Using analytic hierarchy process to find out the optimized measures of performance management of agricultural and Commercial Bank of J county.On the basis of reviewing the relevant theories of performance management,taking the Rural Commercial Bank of j county as an example,through the present situation of performance management of Agricultural Commercial Bank of J county,the paper studies the performance management of Agricultural Commercial Bank of J county,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the performance management system of J county agricultural and Commercial Bank of China,such as the imperfect process of the performance management system,the unclear target positioning,the unsmooth communication between upper and lower levels,the Incomplete Evaluation Index,the unsound feedback mechanism,etc.,put forward to optimize the performance management system as the center,the performance management optimization plan of J county agricultural and Commercial Bank of China is based on the optimization of the process,improve objectives and ideas,the optimization of organization and execution,the optimization of evaluation index,the optimization of communication and feedback mechanism.According to the full text analysis,in order to improve the status quo of the performance management of j county agricultural and Commercial Bank,we must perfect the performance management system in the whole process,and put forward optimization measures according to different links combined with the actual situation of the enterprise,for J county agricultural and Commercial Bank to establish effective performance management system,improve the competitiveness of enterprises.
