Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Real Estate Statistics

At present,the real estate industry has become a very important industry in China’s national economic system,but also related to the national economy and people’s livelihood,the highest public attention to an industry.Local governments need to understand the development of the real estate industry,predict the future development trend of the industry,and formulate relevant macroeconomic policies,which all need real estate statistics as the basis of their work.The important position of real estate statistical work must put forward higher requirements for statistical efficiency and quality.In the rapid development of information technology in the 21 st century,the real estate statistical system is also moving forward on the road of reform,but there are still some problems and practical difficulties,and improving the quality and efficiency of statistical work will inevitably encounter bottlenecks.This paper adopts the literature research method,case study method,based on P city,through the current general real estate statistical system,statistical indicators,statistical content analysis,to the local grassroots statistical units and prefecture-level statistical unit visit survey,and combined with the understanding of the literature review,mining the current P city real estate statistical work level is difficult to improve the reason,the existing difficulties.This paper is based on the theory of information asymmetry,incentive theory of human resources and government digital governance.First describes the P city real estate statistics in 2021 and economic development,then the problems existing in the process of statistical work,including statistical system,statistical indicators,statisticians and statistical workload imbalance,and use multiple theory analysis of causes,and the final use of literature method and qualitative research method,put forward relevant constructive Suggestions,including establishing a unified statistical system,perfect statistical indicators and enhance the consciousness of statisticians,reduce the burden of statistical tasks,etc.The improvement of real estate statistics will not be achieved overnight,but needs reform from shallow to deep from all aspects,improve the status of statistical work in administrative management and so on.In the long run,the development of real estate statistics work will be more smoothly.
