Since the covid-19 outbreak,the competitive advantages of commercial banks have encountered major challenges.Under the influence of "14th Five-Year Plan" guiding financial institutions to transfer profits to the real economy,and the competitive pressure brought by Internet finance,commercial banks urgently need to accelerate their digital transformation,to strengthen customer evaluation and risk control,and enhance their competitive advantages.The thesis combed the formation and research of value chain theory,expounded the theoretical basis of value chain theory in customer evaluation and risk prevention and control,and pointed out the research gaps in the theory.Based on the above theoretical basis,the basic problems existing in the evaluation and risk prevention and control of the bank’s customer value chain are extended.The research content consists of three parts: The first part is theoretical analysis,that is,based on the above-mentioned theoretical basis,the basic problems existing in the evaluation and risk prevention and control of the construction of the bank’s customer value chain are derived.Including the characteristics and functions of the bank customer value chain,influencing factors and construction,evaluation methods and comparison,risk and prevention and control system;the second part is a case analysis,this article selects A commercial bank for case analysis.Starting from the introduction of Commercial Bank A,a customer value chain that conforms to the actual operating conditions of Commercial Bank A is constructed,and this value chain is used for customer evaluation and risk prevention and control.Finally,the publicly disclosed financial statement data and the “smart risk control platform” project reflect the effect of the customer value chain of A commercial bank;the third part is countermeasures and suggestions,that is,this case study can be used for small and medium commercial banks or other industries.The enterprise brings the enlightenment of constructing the transformation and upgrading of the customer value chain and enhancing the competitive advantage.This article draws certain opinions and conclusions through research.There are three main points: The first is that commercial banks must build a customer value chain and evaluate customers.The second is that commercial banks need to build a customer risk prevention and control system based on the customer value chain.The third is the need to consolidate basic work.
