Research On The Innovation Of Agricultural Industrialization Management Mode

From the exploration in the 1980 s to the deep integration now,agricultural industrialization has entered a new development period.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that China’s economy has turned to the "stage of high-quality development",and agricultural development should be transformed to "develop appropriate scale operation,cultivate new-type agricultural industrialization operation subjects,and promote the organic connection between small farmers and modern agricultural development".As an important organizational form and management system of modern agricultural management system,agricultural industrialization has become an important way to improve the level of agricultural modernization and promote rural revitalization in the new era.Muping District of Yantai city is a large agricultural area.Since the early 1990 s,it has begun to explore the agricultural industrialization management.In recent years,with the emergence of new agricultural industrialization management subjects,the agricultural industrialization management mode of Muping District is also constantly innovating and developing.It is also of great significance to study the new agricultural industrialization management mode,explore its specific practices and innovations,find the advantages and disadvantages of the mode and find out the development countermeasures according to local conditions.On the premise of studying the connotation of agricultural industrialization and the relevant theoretical basis of agricultural industrialization management mode,this paper summarizes the development process of agricultural industrialization in Muping District,combining with a large number of data and materials obtained from field research.Three representative new agricultural industrialization operation models,namely,the industrialization consortium model,the cooperative model led by the Party branch and the rural tourism complex model,were selected for case analysis to find out the innovative exploration and characteristic achievements of each model in the process of developing agricultural industrialization operation.After that,using the questionnaire method,the paper conducted a questionnaire survey on the development of the three business models,analyzed the recognition of the respondents to the model innovation,found out the constraints of the model development,and explored the effect of the model innovation on farmers’ income.Based on the results of case analysis and questionnaire analysis,the problems in the development of three new business models are summarized.Finally,from the overall level and different model levels,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the new mode of agricultural industrialization in Muping District.The research results of this paper can not only play a positive role in guiding the development of agricultural industrialization in Muping District,but also provide some reference for the development of agricultural industrialization and the selection of agricultural industrialization management mode in similar areas.
