The application of lean production has always been an important research topic of the company.With the continuous development of times,global trade is becoming more and more open,and the increase of opportunities also means the intensification of competition.The sharp market competition makes the response ability and delivery ability become an important factor for enterprises to increase the market share.While competing for time,enterprises also hope to continuously reduce costs and improve product profit margins.Many enterprises in the world can improve their operation efficiency,vitality and competitiveness by applying lean production.Using lean tools in production site can improve efficiency,reduce cost and ensure quality.The lean management production mode combined with advanced information technology will be able to better improve the enterprises management competencies to meet the arrival of intelligent manufacturing.Firstly,this thesis reviews the results and experience of lean development research and introduces various lean improvement tools and application methods.After the on-site investigation and interview of Company T,with the Company T’s actual situation,this thesis uses the knowledge of lean production management system to reform Company T’s production system.Specifically,we rely on VSM of the brake sensor area to solve problems such as poor site management,unreasonable material replenishment,low equipment OEE,high inventory and long production cycle.We improve site management by Electronic Kanban,Andon system,leadership’s standard work and layer process audit and improve material replenishments by organization structure optimization,water spider,VGA.By improving equipment OEE through SMED and TPM,we can shorten the change time,improve the first-past rate and the equipment stability.We use the pull system to reduce the inventory and improve delivery speed.In addition,the use of information technology effectively strengthens the speed and efficiency of problem handling.Through the improvement of lean production,rapidly increase the efficiency of personnel and equipment,cutting inventory,eliminate waste and improve management competencies.Finally,this thesis has certain references to the application of lean production in the manufacturing industry and has values on how to use information technology to assist lean management.
