A Research On The Evaluation Of PCI Enterprise Based On EVA Valuation Model

In 2020,the output value of artificial intelligence reached 325.1 billion yuan,and the development of the industry,with the joint support of the state and enterprises,has formed explosive growth,with broad market growth space.In the future,AI technology and endscenario applications will be deeply integrated and gradually penetrated into various fields.As new opportunities grow and more companies compete,accurate valuations become increasingly important to market investors,company owners,and managers.Therefore,the thesis selects PCI,an industry leader in the three fields of intelligent city,intelligent security and intelligent rail transit,to carry out enterprise value assessment,hoping to provide direction for enterprise value assessment in artificial intelligence industry.Firstly,based on the classification study of enterprise value evaluation method,combined with the characteristics of the artificial intelligence industry,the EVA valuation method with more industry adaptability is selected.Secondly,based on the fundamental analysis of PCI,combined with historical performance and future development potential analysis,the two-stage valuation model of EVA is used to evaluate the case PCI,and the valuation result is 1,749,718.36 million yuan,with a valuation of ￥9.96 per share.The intrinsic value of PCI is higher than the market value,indicating that the market is undervalued to the enterprise.Then,the thesis analyzes the sensitivity of the important parameters in the calculation of EVA valuation method,and further discusses the enlightenment of EVA valuation method in its application.Finally,in the light of the risks that current capital market investors may face,the thesis makes recommendations for investing and improving the value management of the enterprise based on the EVA valuation results for the case firm PCI.The final research of this paper demonstrates the rationality of the application of EVA method in the valuation of artificial intelligence enterprises,which can better measure the intrinsic value of enterprises and emphasize the future ability of value wealth creation.Valuation based on the EVA can also further make investors and managers aware that the long-term growth potential in the future deserve more attention.
