| The essence of financial institutions is to manage risks and create profits in the process of risk management.At the present stage,the main business of commercial banks includes asset business,intermediary service business and liability business.At the same time,the above business is also the key profitable business of commercial banks in the operation process,especially the profit of asset business accounts for more than 50% of the total profit,and the key business type of asset business is credit business.It can be seen that the credit business of commercial banks provides a large source of profits and is the pillar industry of banks.The risk management of corporate credit business plays an important role in the operation of commercial banks.There are certain risks in the development of credit business.In order to prevent risks,control the number of non-performing loans and reduce bank losses,we must pay attention to the risk management of corporate credit business.In this paper,we study mainly used in the process of questionnaire investigation and case analysis,based on the research of credit risk management related theory,in-depth Q Branch of Z Bank credit business risk management status,for loans early,middle and late of investigation and management were analyzed,and further excavates its in credit risk management problems that exist in the process,Specific include one-sided attention to short-term business expansion;Staff turnover is frequent and professional quality is not high;Incomplete implementation of credit management system;Slow construction of credit operating system;Lack of independence of internal control;The evaluation and incentive mechanism is not perfect;Post-loan management supervision is a mere formality.On the basis of summarizing the problems,this paper puts forward the relevant guidance countermeasures to optimize the current credit business risk management of Q Branch of Z Bank: establish a new credit management concept and development view;Constantly optimize and enhance the comprehensive quality of credit management personnel;Fully implement the credit management system;Strengthen the construction of credit operation system;Improve the bank’s internal controls;Improve the responsibility identification and performance mechanism;Optimize the post-loan risk management system.The suggestions include building characteristic corporate culture,strengthening the introduction and training of talents,strengthening top-level design,paying attention to system construction,and improving incentive management level,etc.,and comprehensively running through all links and processes such as pre-loan investigation,in-loan review and post-loan management.It provides a theoretical basis for steadily improving the credit asset quality at the present stage,and also provides corresponding reference for the risk management of corporate credit business of Q Branch of Z Bank. |
