Research On Financial Performance Evaluation Of Yili Stock Based On Factor Analysis Method

With the deepening of economic development and increasingly fierce market competition,the relationship between enterprises and stakeholders is getting closer and closer,and the establishment of a good interest relationship with stakeholders has become a topic of general concern.The dairy industry is related to people’s livelihoods and is one of the most consumed food industries.Especially after the bad incident of melamine happened,the dairy industry also got a warning and carried out the optimization and transformation of its own industry.In this context,the research of this paper is of high value.In the past three years,the spread of the global epidemic has had a huge impact on the world economy and the development and operation of all walks of life,dairy enterprises are no exception.Dairy enterprises are facing huge problems in many aspects of profit growth,including the balance of the demands of various stakeholders,the improvement of enterprise performance and so on.Therefore,from the perspective of stakeholders,it is a very valuable research direction to evaluate the financial performance of enterprises.Yili Shares is the leader of the domestic dairy industry.In the complex economic situation,how to achieve profit growth has become the most concerned issue of all stakeholders.Therefore,it is very important to deeply analyze the relationship and influence between stakeholders and financial performance.In this paper,Yili Corporation is selected as the main research object,and according to the stakeholder theory,the financial performance of the enterprise is deeply explored.In addition,case analysis method and factor analysis method are adopted to construct a set of financial performance evaluation system suitable for Yili Stock.Combined with the interest demands of stakeholders of Yili Stock,ten representative quantifiable performance indicators are selected to evaluate the financial performance of Yili Stock from six perspectives including shareholders,creditors,employees,suppliers,customers,government and society.And analyze the evaluation results,summarize the factors affecting the financial performance of Yili Stock;Finally,according to the influencing factors,put forward helpful to improve the financial performance of Yili stock countermeasures and suggestions.It puts forward the positive factors of Yili Stock to fulfill social responsibility and use equity incentive system to financial merit,and promotes the sustainable development of the company by improving the implementation of corporate social functions.
