In recent years,the emerging tertiary industry online games have shown a strong momentum of development.If game companies want to gain economic benefits and improve their competitiveness in the increasingly fierce competition,they must have strong game R&D capabilities,which requires game companies to have excellent game R&D teams.G Company is the overseas game business department of S Group,Singaporean leading Internet company,which involves games,e-sports and game platforms.In recent years,its business in China has developed rapidly,and its game R&D personnel have also expanded strongly.In the process of rapid business development,problems have gradually been exposed in all aspects of the company’s personnel management.For example,the turnover rate is increasing year by year,and the enthusiasm of the staff is not high.This paper selects the problem of non-material incentives for game developers of G company to study,investigates and analyzes the current satisfaction and demand of game developers of G company for non-material incentives,so as to make effective optimization and adjustments for the non-material incentives of game developers of G company.This paper first reviews the correlation between material incentives and non-material incentives.Secondly,the advantages and disadvantages of G Company’s game developers in the practice of non-material incentives were investigated through questionnaires and interviews,and the problems and reasons for the non-material incentives of game developers were obtained.For example,the construction of enterprise culture becomes a mere formality,the means of spiritual encouragement are unitary,the employees’ personal development is neglected,and their work experience is poor.The reasons are as follows:the construction of corporate culture needs to be strengthened,the means of spiritual encouragement needs to be diversified,the personal development system needs to be perfected,and the work environment needs to be ensured.Then,combined with the actual situation of the company,the objectives,ideas and principles of the non-material incentive optimization plan are clarified,and suggestions and guarantees are given for the non-material incentive countermeasures of Company G’s game developers in the future.At the same time,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of non-material incentive measures for game R&D personnel of G company,the corresponding measures are put forward from four aspects:strengthening management attention,perfecting employee feedback mechanism.standardizing non-material incentive operation process and strengthening fund guarantee.The research of this paper aims to improve the level of non-material incentives of Company G in practical work,promote the sustainable development of Company G’s game R&D business,and provide experience reference for other similar related game companies.
