With the steady progress of "Strategic talent strategy" and "The 14th Five-Year Plan" in the new era,Enterprises’ demand for top-level talents is also more urgent.If the employment is improper,the enterprise will face potential cost losses such as recruitment costs,training costs,dismissal costs,re-recruitment costs,as well as legal risks at the enterprise or employee level,and even damage to the brand reputation of the enterprise.Therefore,how to identify talents in the recruitment process has become a great challenge for enterprises in the recruitment process.As a well-known third-party background screening company in China,company F mainly provides background screening service for enterprises in the process of employee recruitment,that is,on the premise that candidates are informed and authorized,verify their educational experience,work experience,credit status,etc.through legal and reasonable channels and methods,so as to help enterprises reduce labor costs and reduce legal disputes caused by recruitment failure.Up to now,company F has served more than 500 clients,however,with the continuous development and expansion of business,the problems existing in the implementation of background screening by company F have gradually become prominent,and clients are also dissatisfied with company F.The innovation of this paper lies in the innovation of the subject itself and the innovation of the research object.The background screening industry is imported from Europe and the United States.It has been only 15 years since the emergence of background screening companies in China.There are few papers on the background screening about employee recruitment from the perspective of third-party background screening companies,combined with the opinions and suggestions of third-party background screening company clients and background screening experts,Therefore,the subject and research object are innovative.This paper collects the relevant information of company F clients and background screening experts through questionnaires and interviews,and finds that company F has problems in the accuracy,efficiency and system of background screening.In view of these problems,combined with the suggestions of clients and experts,this paper puts forward corresponding optimization schemes,and solves the problems of company F in the accuracy,efficiency and system platform of background screening,So as to improve the reference value of background screening in enterprise recruitment decision-making.
