Study On The Influencing Factors Of Members And Satisfaction In Financial Management Of Rural Stock Economic Cooperatives

The proposal of the strategic planning of rural revitalization has made our country understand the development of new rural collective economy and under the guidance of this plan rural stock economic cooperatives have become an important channel and way to organize farmers to participate in social and economic development.The members of the basic organization of rural stock economic cooperatives are members,and the main body of the final implementation of its development and financial management services should also be members.The development of rural stock economic cooperatives should take serving members and meeting their needs as the ultimate goal.To understand the implementation status and development direction of financial management of village economic cooperatives from the perspective of members’ satisfaction is helpful to understand the needs of members,and has positive significance to promote the improvement and development of financial management function of village stock economic cooperatives.This paper takes Huangxing Town of Changsha County as the research area,uses the mature American Customer Satisfaction Index model(ACSI)for reference,and conducts a questionnaire survey on the members of the joint stock economic cooperative of 286 Village of Huangxing Town.Based on sample data obtained from the survey,The structural equation model is used to analyze which factors will affect the members’ satisfaction in the financial management of village stock economic cooperatives.The results show that:service expectation,perceived affect members’ satisfaction with financial management services of village stock economic cooperatives.Service expectation has a positive impact Service quality and perceived value have a positive impact on members’ satisfaction the quality and value of a service also has a positive impact on the value satisfaction of its members..Therefore,the influence of perceived value of service should be comprehensively considered in the improvement process of financial management services of the stock economic cooperative of Huangxing Town,Changsha County in the future,and the positive role of service expectation,perceived quality of service should be fully given play to effectively play the synergistic effect of all aspects to improve the satisfaction of the members of the financial management services of the stock economic cooperative of Huangxing Town,Changsha County.According to various factors affecting the financial management of the stock economic cooperative in Huangxing village of Changsha County,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of the stock economic cooperative in rural areas,including:implementing the disclosure of financial information,improving the income distribution system;Optimize the mode of financial management and build a team of professional talents;Innovation village level economic development way,reasonable arrangement of village level public welfare investment,in order to promote the sustainable development of village stock economic cooperatives.
