B Group Supply Chain Invoice Coordination Problems And Improvement Suggestions

As a means of digital management,invoice electronization plays a positive role in reducing cost and enhancing competitiveness of enterprises.With the implementation of all-electric invoice,electronic invoice is based on the e-invoice service platform and characterized by tagging,factionalization,credit system and coding system.It realizes the digitalization of all aspects,links and elements of invoice in the whole field.It not only supports the sharing of enterprise finance,the centralization of industry finance and the automation of process,but also provides a collaborative basis for the billing of supply chain settlement.Thus a new form of enterprise collaboration is derived.In this paper,electronic invoice,supply chain coordination,supply chain invoice coordination and other aspects are introduced in detail.Then,it analyzed and sorted out the invoice coordination business of the decoration building materials supply chain of Group B,such as "output value presentation","tax control equipment control","billing process","input invoice management" and other aspects,and summarized the existing problems,including "long time for the review of output value presentation","chaotic management of tax control equipment","low efficiency of invoice issuance"."Invoicing is out of line with business" and "inefficiency in invoice management".After investigation and forensics,full research and discussion,the solution is proposed,which mainly includes the construction of "AI intelligent document pre-examination service"to improve the accuracy of production value document presentation,reduce the return rate and accelerate the audit time."Comprehensive Monitoring Service of Tax Control Equipment" can help enterprises to monitor and manage the status of all equipment;"Billing collaborative service" can promote the communication between all links,optimize the billing process;"Invoicing service" can reduce the error of invoicing invoice and ensure the accuracy of invoicing;"Input Invoice Collaboration Service" to improve the efficiency and accuracy of input invoice management.This paper also gives the expected effect of the implementation of the scheme,and expounds the improvement of business value brought to the supply chain after the implementation of the scheme from six aspects.The expected effect shows that these measures can significantly improve the efficiency and accuracy of invoice coordination with suppliers,and help to improve the competitiveness and efficiency of enterprises.For other enterprises to build a digital supply chain invoice collaborative management platform,There will be more reference significance.
