| Private equity investment originated in the United States in the last century and played an important role in the recession of the American economy at that time.Private equity investment in my country started relatively late,but it has developed rapidly and has achieved certain results.Inclusive finance was first proposed by the United Nations in 2005.In recent years,the rapid development of high-tech in my country has driven the development of digital inclusive finance.Private equity investment and digital financial inclusion are both ways for companies to obtain financing.In recent years,many scholars have conducted research on the impact of private equity investment and digital financial inclusion on corporate value,but there is no literature on private equity investment and digital financial inclusion.This paper analyzes the interaction of financial inclusion in the impact of corporate value.This paper takes private equity and digital financial inclusion as research variables to study the mechanisms of their independent and combined effects,focusing on the analysis of digital financial inclusion and private equity investment on corporate value.The mechanism of synergistic influence is discussed from the aspects of the company’s time to market,the region where the company is located,the nature of the company,and the industry in which the company is located.The research results of this paper can be used as an important reference for policy makers in the process of formulating policies,so as to make correct decisions to promote the healthy development of China’s economy.It can also help enterprise managers reasonably apply private equity investment and digital inclusive finance to obtain sufficient funds,so as to increase investment in innovation,get rid of business difficulties,develop in the direction of value growth,and continue to grow bigger and stronger.Through empirical testing,it can be found that private equity investment and digital financial inclusion can have a positive impact on enterprise value,and in this process,private equity investment and digital financial inclusion promote each other.The regression analysis of different years after listing shows that the above conclusions weaken with the increase of post-marketing time.In the regression analysis of the regions where the enterprises are located,it can be found that the above conclusions are more significant for the eastern region of my country.In the regression analysis of the enterprise nature analysis,it can be found that the above conclusions are more significant for state-owned enterprises.In the regression analysis of the industries in which the enterprises are located,it can be found that the above conclusions are more significant for non-traditional industries with strong innovation. |
