The logistics industry is a service industry that integrates transportation,warehousing,freight,information and other industries,and occupies a pivotal position in China’s economic development.With the rapid development of China’s logistics industry,there are also some problems that affect the operational efficiency of the logistics industry.With the continuous improvement of China’s mixed ownership system,mixed ownership reform,as an important part of China’s economic system reform,has gradually played a role in solving the problem of operational efficiency in the logistics industry.Therefore,how to use mixed ownership reform to improve the operational efficiency of the logistics industry requires in-depth exploration of the specific influencing factors affecting mixed ownership reform and the effect path of mixed ownership reform on enterprise performance,in order to "prescribe the right medicine" and promote the exploration and practice of mixed ownership reform in the logistics industry.Based on the principal-agent theory,stakeholder theory,corporate governance theory and synergy effect theory,combined with the actual situation of China’s logistics industry,this paper selects Company X as the object,analyzes the word frequency analysis of the factors affecting the mixed ownership reform of Company X in its annual report,equity prospectus and public information through Nvivo11 qualitative analysis software,and finally analyzes the influencing factors of mixed ownership reform according to the word cloud diagram,and finds that mixed reform acts on the corporate governance structure,optimizes the capital structure,and finds that the mixed reform acts on the corporate governance structure,optimizes the capital structure,and analyzes the mixed ownership reform.Innovate the logic of operation and management models to improve the efficiency of resource allocation and thus affect enterprise performance.It is found that:(1)The factors affecting Company X to carry out mixed ownership reform are mainly five aspects: macro environment,industry environment,manufacturing industry transfer,corporate governance and enterprise demand.(2)Through the analysis of short-term market performance and financial and non-financial indicators of performance,it is found that mixed reform can improve the efficiency of resource allocation by acting on corporate governance structure,optimizing capital structure,and innovating business management models,thereby improving enterprise performance.
