Analysis On The Level Measure Of The Regional Cooperative Development In Northeast China

The fourteenth five year plan mentioned to fully implement the strategy of regional development in our country,the development of the western region the all-round,comprehensive revitalization of the northeast to realize the new breakthrough,a new situation was created in the rise of the central region,the east takes the lead in development for new results,improve the coordinated development of regional policy and improve the relevant systems and mechanisms,promoting regional balance,realize the coordinated development of region,the coordinated development and common development,Finally achieve the overall high quality development.In regional development in China,jingjinji,Yangtze river delta,the pearl river delta in national policy support and guidance,local governments under the joint implementation of the first to cooperation and obtained a certain result,its successful experience suggests that regional coordinated development strategy to the overall development of the region has strong potential,for our country other area to achieve coordinated development has accumulated rich experience,It has become a model of regional coordinated development in China.Regional cooperative development has become an important strategic choice in China’s regional development and an inevitable choice to solve the problems of regional economic development in Northeast China.Therefore,whether the regional economy in Northeast China can achieve coordinated development is directly related to the realization of the goal of revitalizing Northeast China.In this paper,literature review,theoretical analysis,empirical analysis and other methods are adopted.Based on the accurate grasp of the scientific connotation of regional collaborative development,the degree of regional synergy in Northeast China is measured with the help of the composite system collaborative model,so as to obtain the degree and development status of regional synergy in Northeast China,and find out the factors affecting the regional collaborative development in Northeast China.And in view of the particularity of the northeast region put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.This paper discusses from six aspects:the first part is the introduction,through sorting out and summarizing the relevant domestic and foreign scholars’ research literature for the research of this paper to provide ideas;Through the background and significance of the study,the starting point and foothold of this paper are explained.Explaining the research ideas,methods and contents;The second part is about related theories,including symbiosis theory,regional collaborative development theory and regional division of labor and cooperation theory.The third part is the analysis of the current situation of regional synergy development in Northeast China.The composite synergy degree model is used to evaluate the synergy degree in Northeast China,and it is found that the synergy degree in Northeast China is low and unstable.The fourth part,by referring to the practical experience of typical regional coordinated development in China and combining with the particularity of economic and social development in Northeast China,finds that the key problem is that the system and mechanism do not meet the requirements of regional coordinated development in Northeast China.It is embodied in the organizational structure and overall planning,assessment system and administrative division,cooperative development mechanism,government’s cooperative consciousness and regional division of labor,which hinders the overall cooperative development of Northeast China.The fifth part is the countermeasures and Suggestions,from two aspects,from the aspect of the central and local level,put forward the corresponding advice,tailored to the northeast regional coordinated development objective need of coordinated development strategy,promote the cooperation between local governments within the region,to avoid irrational competition,improve the synergy degree of northeast China,for the revitalization of the northeast.The sixth part makes a conclusion and summary of the whole article,and at the same time looks forward to the related topics of Northeast Regional Coordinated Development.
