| In the past ten years,Internet companies have used their own technological advantages to launch various convenient online financial services,and continue to erode traditional banking from various business fields,leading to major changes in the banking business ecosystem.The development and application of technology has promoted the centralization of the back-end and the automation of the middle and back-offices in the banking industry,the emergence of intelligent alternative frontoffices,and even the emergence of new service models such as unmanned branches and online services,which have had a huge impact on the traditional banking industry,especially Small and medium-sized banks.As ATM machines are the most representative self-service method in banks,it is of great significance to explore its value in the future banking service system.This article takes Huludao Bank’s Shenyang branch as the research object to study the current status and existing problems of the bank’s ATM services,and formulates corresponding strategies so that the Huludao Bank’s Shenyang branch’s ATM services can help the bank establish its core competitive advantages and change in the era.Stable development in the trend.The thesis first expounds the status quo of the international and domestic banking industry,ATM services and their research,and shows the importance of improving the quality of ATM services.Secondly,this article introduces the related concepts of satisfaction and the related theories of customer satisfaction to provide a theoretical basis for the subsequent analysis process.Thirdly,it introduced the basic situation of Huludao Bank Shenyang branch and ATM services,and designed a questionnaire based on the survey objectives and the actual situation of the bank,carried out surveys and conducted data analysis.Finally,based on the results of the data analysis of the questionnaire,a strategy to improve the ATM service quality of Huludao Bank Shenyang Branch was formulated.At the same time,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of various strategies,support was provided from three aspects:organization,personnel,and technology.Through the research conclusions of this paper,ATM service is suppressed by electronic payment channels,but its core competitiveness in cash deposit and withdrawal cannot be replaced.The Shenyang branch of Huludao Bank should actively cooperate with ATM manufacturers in the future to develop intelligent and fast highend service software,accelerate the pace of technological upgrading,establish core competitiveness,and lay a solid foundation for the development prospects of unmanned intelligent banking. |
