Research On The Impact Of Changes In The Equity Structure Of China Eastern Airlines Logistics On Corporate Value Under Mixed Refor

With the continuous development of market economy,the role of state-owned enterprises(SOEs)as a key component of domestic society and economy has become increasingly critical in strengthening the sustainability of overall domestic economic development.In 2013,the Third Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Party proposed actively strengthening the reform of mixed ownership of state-owned enterprises,and since then mixed ownership has been vigorously promoted in China.In 2017,the 19 th Party Congress report emphasized deepening reform of state-owned enterprises and developing a mixed-ownership economy.Until2022,mixed-reform has entered a deepening stage,and it is still an important reform system in our country.In the process of promoting the mix-up,some problems have arisen such as mixing and mixing for mixing and not "changing".Therefore,according to the emphasis of "reform" in the remix,this paper analyzes the changes in the ownership structure of the company that carried out the remix,chooses the logistics of the company that successfully carried out the remix as the research object,how to set up the remix of the ownership structure and the impact of the change in the ownership structure on the enterprise value.Therefore draws the related conclusion,and provides some suggestions for how to "change" in the remix.This paper uses comparative analysis method to compare the financial indexes before and after the change of logistics ownership structure of dongan airlines,and then compares the indexes with the industry enterprises and the industry averages.Through the research,it is concluded that the corporate governance level improves the corporate governance structure,forms the management synergism,establishes the incentive mechanism,stimulates the employee’s enthusiasm and initiative,and enhances the enterprise vitality.At the level of company operation,industry synergy and complementary resources have brought high-quality partners to the enterprise and improved the efficiency of the company’s operations.At the level of enterprise performance,after the change of ownership structure,the profitability,solvency,business ability and growth ability of enterprises have been significantly improved,which has a positive impact on enterprise performance.On the whole,the change of ownership structure of Eastern Airlines logistics has a positive effect on the enterprise value,and the design of ownership structure of Eastern Airlines logistics is worth drawing lessons from.
