During the 13th Five-Year Plan period,the basic drug system,the network of medical institutions centralized procurement,generic drug consistency evaluation and other policies gradually implemented,the masses really got the benefits of medical and health reform:rural medical costs significantly reduced,greatly reducing the improper trend in the purchase and sale of medicines;With the implementation of the 4+7 belt volume procurement policy,the overall market share of some pharmaceutical enterprises has decreased.Facing the fierce social competition,this is not only a challenge to the management of pharmaceutical enterprises,but also an opportunity.With the changing market situation,the inherent marketing strategy and supply channels of competitors,G Pharmaceutical Company to improve market share,establish and maintain good customer relations is the enterprise’s strategy to seek long-term development,but also to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises the key measures.In this paper,the G pharmaceutical company CRM improvement program and the implementation of safeguards are studied,mainly to complete the following aspects of work:(1)Starting from analyzing the important role of CRM in improving the core competitiveness of pharmaceutical enterprises,this paper expounds the necessity of improving CRM of G Pharmaceutical Company,and on this basis puts forward the research problems of this paper.(2)The definition and function of CRM,customer segmentation purpose and main method,concept and type of CRM system,concept and content of one-to-one marketing theory,net recommendation value method and Boston matrix model are introduced,which lays the foundation for the follow-up research.(3)Based on an overview of G Pharmaceuticals’ development and its main business,the SWOT approach is used to analyze the current competitive environment of the enterprise;By Carry out the basic research and information construction project of customer relationship management,comprehensively analyze the status quo of the implementation of CRM of G Pharmaceutical Company,and adopt it to customers NPS surveys and internal staff visits identify the major issues facing customer relationship management today and analyze the causes of the problems.(4)Under the premise of clarifying the objectives and principles of CRM improvement of G Pharmaceutical Company,the improvement plan from strengthening the training of CRM personnel,improving customer segmentation and marketing methods and improving CRM system is given.(5)From the human resources,organization,technology and CRM implementation of performance evaluation management 4 aspects of G Pharmaceuticals CRM improvement safeguards to ensure the feasibility of implementation.Finally,the main results and conclusions of this paper are summarized,the main limitations of the study are put forward,and the future research work is prospected.
