Research On The Integrated Development Of Rural Industry In Yunnan Province

Rural industry integration refers to the economic development mode based on agricultural development,using the innovation system and high and new technologies of the secondary and tertiary industries to penetrate agriculture,binding and linking management subjects through the close interest linkage mechanism,breaking the industrial boundary,promoting the intercommunication of the elements of the three rural industries,and realizing the increase of agricultural production,the increase of farmers’ income and the integration of urban and rural development.It is an important way to lead the transformation and upgrading of agriculture and rural industries through the cross recombination of agriculture and modern industrial elements.In 2015,"No.1 Central Document" clearly proposed to vigorously promote the integration of the primary,secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas to stimulate the vitality of rural economic development.At present,the integrated development of rural industries is still in the initial stage,and the regional development is unbalanced and inadequate due to the differences in regional endowments.It is urgent for Yunnan Province to vigorously promote the integrated development of rural industries to improve the level of rural economic development,so as to realize rural revitalization and contribute Yunnan to further realizing socialist modernization.Based on the integrated development of rural industries in Yunnan province,this paper defines the concept of rural industry integration.Based on the theory of industrial structure optimization,industrial cluster theory,industrial chain theory,transaction cost theory and agricultural multifunction theory,by analyzing the development status of rural industry integration in Yunnan Province and combining with relevant researches in the academic field,six secondary indicators and 20 tertiary indicators are set up.The entropy method and comprehensive index method are used to construct the evaluation system of rural industry integration development in Yunnan Province by combining the data of Yunnan Province from 2011 to 2020,and the conclusion is drawn that rural industry integration in Yunnan province has entered the primary stage of growth.Through further analysis of the conclusions of the econometric model,it is found that there are some problems such as low level of industrial integration,unreasonable resource allocation of rural industrial integration,weak main body of industrial integration and backward related infrastructure in Yunnan province.Oriented by problems,this paper puts forward the development strategy of rural industry integration in Yunnan Province from two aspects of mode selection and countermeasures:Taking the extension mode of agricultural industry chain and the multifunctional expansion mode of agriculture as the main mode,the specific suggestions are to cultivate and support the new management body of rural industry integration,build a strict interest linkage mechanism,promote the depth of rural industry integration by digital construction,improve the efficiency of integration by building smart logistics and strengthen the implementation of policies to help the integrated development of rural industry.
