Rural Governance Funds Of Jiangsu Province Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization Use Efficiency Study

Nowadays,in the accelerating modernization process,the unbalanced development between urban and rural areas is particularly prominent.Cities have more significant advantages than villages in terms of transportation,education,pension and main housing,and a large number of social elites and high-quality resources are flowing to cities,while villages are increasingly lacking in resources,showing a single industrial structure,low revenue level of farmers,serious population loss and increasing number of empty nesters.In view of the above problems,rural revitalization becomes more important How to realize rural revitalization more effectively and how to use the financial resources for rural revitalization efficiently have become the main topics of our study on rural revitalization today.At present,there is little discussion on the input and output of rural revitalization financial funds and their effectiveness in academic circles.For this reason,this paper measures the efficiency of rural revitalization funds use in Jiangsu Province through the input and output indicators of rural revitalization financial funds use efficiency,as well as the measurement results and the influencing factors of rural revitalization funds use efficiency,which is useful for relevant departments to standardize the fund allocation scheme and management system and provide feasible countermeasures.The article takes the fund input and output of rural revitalization in Jiangsu Province as the research object.Using literature review,case study and DEA data envelopment analysis,the article firstly elaborates the current situation of the use of rural revitalization funds in Jiangsu Province,mainly including the current situation of rural revitalization and the current situation of the use of rural revitalization funds,then analyzes the efficiency of the use of rural revitalization funds in Jiangsu Province,and finally puts forward suggestions in terms of fund input,fund use and later Finally,suggestions are made in terms of fund input,fund use and post-regulation.The research content has implications for the rural revitalization of other provinces,especially for the improvement of fund utilization efficiency.
