| Decision-making is a common problem in people’s life. With the development of society,decision-making problems evolve into group decision-making problems, and then develop into large-scale group decision-making(LSGDM)problems.With the increasing complexity of decision-making and the increasing uncertainty and fuzziness of environment, various problems arise. Therefore,by considering dynamic weights and experts’ adjustment willingness, this study constructs a consensus model for large-scale group decision-making.Firstly,the dynamic weight determination method is designed by considering the "individual-group" attitude difference. This method takes into account the expert’s attitude towards the decision-making result to ensure the effective participation of each decision-maker(DM).In order to make the results of large-scale group decision-making more representative, this study designs a sub-group weight determination method by considering the "harmony degree" of the group, thereby to ensure the stability of the decision-making results.Through this process,decision-making experts can be more involved in the decision-making process,so that the decision results can better reflect the decision will of decision makers. This is of great significance for improving the representativeness of decisionmaking results.Secondly, this study ensures the evaluation information of decision-makers to the greatest extent by considering the experts’ adjustment willingness. At the same time, based on the decision-maker’s "modification-satisfaction",this study designs the calculation method of unit adjustment cost. The method determines how difficult it is to adjust their original assessment information by considering the range of allowable modifications provided by decision-makers and their satisfaction with the decision-making results of subgroups. In order to improve the efficiency of the consensus reaching process, this study proposes an identification rule that considers both unit adjustment cost and consensus level, thereby to retain more original information as much as possible in the consensus feedback process,so as to facilitate the realization of an acceptable consensus level.Thirdly, this study proposes a termination condition that considers the efficiency of consensus adjustment in order to objectively terminate the consensus adjustment process. This method cannot only compare the current consensus level and consensus threshold, but also compare the consensus adjustment efficiency of each adjustment. Therefore, the termination method of consensus adjustment process proposed in this study can solve the subjectivity and irrationality of preset consensus threshold and maximum number of iterations to a large extent. Finally,a case study is used to demonstrate the validity of the proposed consensus model for large-scale group decision-making,which considers dynamic weight and expert adjustment willingness.By contrast analysis and sensitivity analysis, the necessity, stability, and superiority of the proposed model are verified. In conclusion, the consensus model of large-scale group decision-making proposed in this study, which considers dynamic weight and expert adjustment willingness, extends the existing research perspective of large-scale group decision-making,and enriches the theoretical methods of large-scale group decision-making by consensus. Therefore, this study can address some decision-making problems along with the development of The Times to a certain extent. |
