With the popularization of Internet and mobile Internet,the era of omnimedia has come.In this era,the catering industry is also facing great changes and challenges.The traditional profit model of catering industry has been unable to meet the needs of the new era,so it is necessary to conduct financial evaluation research to find a profit model suitable for the all-media era.The profit model and financial evaluation of the catering industry have received new challenges and opportunities.In this era,consumers’ consumption behavior and habits have undergone great changes.Catering enterprises need to adapt to the market demand through innovation and reform.Based on the point of financial evaluation,this paper studies the profit model of catering industry in our country under the era of the totalmedia from the aspects of income,costs and profit of catering industry.It is found that in the era of all-media,the profit model of catering industry is mainly reflected in three aspects: the first is the increase of online sales,the second is the improvement of online marketing,and the last is the upgrade of online services.These changes have resulted in higher revenues,lower costs and higher profits for the catering industry.At the same time,this paper takes Helen’s tavern as an example to analyze its financial indicators,including gross profit rate,net interest rate,asset turnover and other indicators,as well as cash flow statement and financial ratio analysis,and finally through Wall scoring method compared with other enterprises in the same industry,through the above research,some conclusions and suggestions are drawn,which can provide reference for the operation and management of the catering industry.
