| The purpose of project selection is for investors to select suitable projects from a series of candidate projects,optimize resource allocation under limited resource constraints,and obtain the maximum return on investment.S company mainly implements its business strategy through product development projects,so choosing the right project is crucial for the company.However,the current imperfect project selection mechanism has led to many problems in project selection.In order to solve the problems faced by the company,S company has decided to build a project selection evaluation model.This article uses the Balanced Scorecard as the basis to determine project selection evaluation indicators,uses Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine indicator weights,and finally uses the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method to achieve comprehensive evaluation of the project.Firstly,this article analyzes the factors that R&D,marketing,supply chain departments,and senior management of the company pay attention to when selecting project indicators through interviews.Drawing on the Balanced Scorecard and referencing other industry project selection indicator systems,and taking into account the characteristics of S company’s industry products,a project selection indicator system was finally developed at four levels:finance,customers,internal processes,organizational learning and growth,A total of 14 indicators are included.Secondly,this article chooses to use Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)to determine the weight of the project selection indicator system through industry expert scoring,and obtain the project selection evaluation model of S Company.The model results show that,in addition to the high proportion of various indicators at the financial and customer levels,the strategic importance,strategic consistency,and project competitiveness duration are also relatively high.Considering the current problems faced by the company in project selection and the urgent requirements for strategic implementation,the model results are in line with the actual development needs of the company.Finally,considering that qualitative indicators are the main indicators in the project selection indicator system,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used for project evaluation in practical applications of multiple project selection.For the four alternative projects selected by the primary school business unit of S Company,namely primary school Chinese reading training,famous teachers accompanying you to read famous works,traditional culture week plan,and compulsory reading before primary school Chinese exams,the project selection evaluation model is applied for project evaluation and selection.The results indicate that,under the premise of selecting only one project,the highest rating for the Excellent Traditional Culture Week program project is the best choice.Combined with the current national emphasis on traditional culture and the company’s strategy of expanding language categories,the evaluation results are in line with the actual development needs of the company.This article uses a relatively scientific method to prioritize S Company’s projects,ensuring that the correct projects are selected for investment.This not only reduces the waste of company resources,improves the efficiency of project selection decision-making,but also greatly promotes the implementation of the company’s business strategy. |
