Research On The Performance Of Continuous Mergers And Acquisitions Of Meinian Health

As an emerging industry in China in recent years,health examination has issued a number of policies to promote the high-quality development of the industry.In this context,in order to quickly occupy the market and expand the scale of enterprises,most enterprises obtain resources through mergers and acquisitions.As a leading enterprise in the health industry,Meinian Health has carried out many mergers and acquisitions since its listing.Taking Meinian Health Company as the research object,this paper studies how Meinian Health Company integrates resources,whether it meets the expectations of continuous M&A,and whether its performance is significantly improved,so as to provide reference ideas for enterprises in continuous M&A.Firstly,this paper describes the current situation of the domestic health examination industry,sorts out the domestic and foreign research literature,explains the significance of continuous mergers and acquisitions,and expounds the theoretical methods used,which provides theoretical reference for the subsequent research.Secondly,the industry environment,basic situation and continuous M&A activities of Meinian Health are analyzed,the company’s strategy and the continuous M&A process of Meinian Health’s resources are explained and analyzed,and the continuous M&A acquisition of Meinian Health Company is divided into two stages for research.Finally,based on the two consecutive M&A stages,the short-term performance and long-term performance of Meinian Health’s successive M&A are analyzed,and then the research conclusions and enlightenment are obtained.This paper hopes that through the research on the continuous M&A performance of Meinian Health,on the one hand,the continuous M&A of Meinian Health will be summarized,so as to arouse the attention of enterprise management to the possible risks in continuous M&A,and reasonably use M&A strategies to grasp the way of performance improvement.On the other hand,it has a certain reference for how similar enterprises can improve their performance in the process of continuous mergers and acquisitions.
