Research On The Evolution Process And Trend Of Global Value Chain Upgrading In Advanced Manufacturing Based On Servitization

With the rise of a new round of scientific and technological revolution,the priority development of advanced manufacturing industry with the connotation of "Advanced Production Technology & Advanced Management Mode" has become an important development strategy for countries around the world to enhance the strength of manufacturing industry and improve the international competitiveness of their manufacturing industry.In the process of each country’s participation in the division of labor in the global value chain,China’s advanced manufacturing industry is embedded in the low end of the global value chain by taking over the manufacturing links such as OEM assembly.In the process of climbing up to the high end of the global value chain,China’s advanced manufacturing industry has been doubly squeezed by the technology blockade of foreign developed countries and the rising pressure of domestic labor cost,and China’s advanced manufacturing industry is "locked" in the global value chain at the low end,so it is hard to achieve the high-end development of the global value chain.It is difficult to achieve the high-end development of global value chain,so it becomes the key of development to find the opportunity to break through the blockade of global value chain.The service transformation of advanced manufacturing industry will put productive service elements into advanced manufacturing industry,so as to optimize the production and manufacturing process of advanced manufacturing industry,and achieve the value-added of advanced manufacturing products through the output of service elements,which is the new direction of transformation and upgrading of advanced manufacturing industry in China.Therefore,based on the perspective of servitization,this paper conducts a systematic study on the evolution of global value chain upgrading of advanced manufacturing.This paper provides a reference basis for the future global value chain upgrading policy of China’s advanced manufacturing industry.It is of practical guiding significance to break through the low-end lock-in and realize the upgrading of the global value chain.In this paper,which is based on the global value chain theory and servitization theory,we analyze the terms,dynamics,and evolution process of GVC upgrading based on the perspective of servitization.This paper reveals that the essence of the evolution is the process in which advanced manufacturing optimizes resource allocation through servitization,transforms various resources into value-added capabilities,and realizes the upgrading of global value chain.In this process,the influencing factors are proposed and empirically conducted.On this basis,establish a causal relationship diagram based on influencing factors,and connect them through the two central points of servitization and global value chain.Afterwards,this paper constructs a system dynamics model on the evolution process of the advanced manufacturing global value chain upgrading based on servitization.This model system explains the evolution process and performs simulation analysis and forecasts upgrading trend.Then analyze the characteristics of the the advanced manufacturing global value chain upgrading based on servitization.Finally,based on the previous research conclusions,This paper proposes policy recommendations for the upgrading and evolution of the global value chain of advanced manufacturing based on service from the servitization level,technical level,human level and financial level.It is hoped that this study will provide useful reference for the upgrading of our country’s advanced manufacturing global value chain.
