Technological innovation is an important means for the survival and development of enterprises,and it is also the key to the transformation of China into a manufacturing power and an innovation power.The 20 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly pointed out that innovation is the first driving force for development.We must adhere to the core position of innovation and adhere to innovation-driven development.As a pillar industry of China’s economy,the innovation ability of manufacturing industry largely reflects the position of China’s manufacturing industry in the global value chain and the overall innovation level of China at this stage.In order to improve the innovation ability of manufacturing enterprises,the Chinese government and enterprises continue to increase investment in innovation funds,but high investment in innovation has not brought about ideal innovation output.The low efficiency of innovation with diminishing marginal innovation output and increasing marginal innovation input will inevitably inhibit the development and implementation of technological innovation activities.Therefore,how to improve the efficiency of technological innovation has become an unavoidable problem for the healthy development of enterprises.In addition,compared with the more macro and uncontrollable external environmental factors,it is more feasible and practical to study the impact of internal environmental characteristics on the efficiency of technological innovation.In this context,this paper explores the impact of internal factors of manufacturing enterprises on technological innovation efficiency and its mechanism based on the perspective of enterprise life cycle,so as to provide relevant suggestions and ideas for manufacturing enterprises to improve technological innovation efficiency.Firstly,on the basis of combing and analyzing many literatures,this paper defines the related concepts of technological innovation efficiency,analyzes the influencing factors and mechanism of enterprise technological innovation efficiency,and establishes the theoretical model of this paper.Secondly,the measurement of technological innovation efficiency of sample enterprises is completed by constructing a three-stage DEA model,and the measurement value of technological innovation efficiency of enterprises is taken as the decision attribute.In addition,the factors affecting technological innovation efficiency of 15 enterprises are determined as the conditional attributes to complete the construction of rough set decision table.Again,after the discretization of attributes,through the data mining and analysis of the law of the empirical impact of various life cycle stages of enterprise technology innovation efficiency attribute reduction and rules,and detailed analysis of the results.The results show that the technological innovation efficiency of enterprises in the growth period is mainly affected by the size of the enterprise,the cash compensation of executives and the fracture zone of the executive team.In the case of screening credibility and coverage,seven rules are obtained,and four of them can bring a higher level of technological innovation efficiency.The technological innovation efficiency of mature enterprises is mainly affected by the proportion of technical directors,the fracture zone of senior management team and the degree of equity balance.There are 10 rules in total,of which 5 rules can bring a higher level of technological innovation.In the mature stage,the senior management team fracture zone and equity balance are particularly important for the improvement of enterprise technological innovation,and six rules are generated,of which two rules can bring a higher level of technological innovation efficiency.Finally,according to the empirical results of this paper,the relevant strategies and suggestions for improving the efficiency of technological innovation in manufacturing enterprises are proposed based on the characteristics of senior management team,equity characteristics and board characteristics. |
