| With the rapid growth of China’s economy, the problem between energy consumption and environmental pollution has become increasingly serious, the country and enterprises are seeking a sustainable economic pattern, building a resource-saving,sustainable society, and promoting the recycling of waste resources. The trade and use of second-hand products is an important way to improve our society, economy and environment, and to promote the development of social and economic cycles.Existing researches on the second-hand market are mostly carried out based on a certain trading mode,or focus on remanufactured products, without considering the differences between multiple trading models of second-hand products,as well as the coexistence of remanufactured products and second-hand products. Therefore, this paper takes the second-hand trading platform that has emerged in recent years as the background, and based on the second-hand product trading model that exists in reality,a two-cycle supply chain game model consisting of a manufacturer and a distributor is constructed, and the optimal decisions and profits of the manufacturer and the distributor in the second cycle without the introduction of the used product sales model(NS model),and the C2 C and B2 C models with the introduction of used product sales are discussed. The results indicate that: When distributors introduce the C2 C model, the profits of manufacturers and distributors are closely related to the platform service fees charged by distributors. With lower platform service fees, manufacturers and distributors make higher profits in the NS model;with higher platform service fees, manufacturers and distributors make higher profits in the C2 C model, achieving Pareto improvement in the supply chain. When distributors introduce the B2 C model,The manufacturer’s profit is always lower than under the NS model, while the dealer’s profit is closely related to the recycling price of used products. When the recycling price of used products is lower, the profit of distributors is higher than NS model. After that,to address the impact of the invasion of the second-hand market on monopoly manufacturers, this thesis also establishes a supply chain game model consisting of monopoly manufacturers and platforms of durable goods based on the realistic background to analyze the measures that monopoly manufacturers can take to cope with the invasion of the second-hand market: such as product upgrading strategy and authorization strategy. It is found that the product upgrade strategy and the licensing strategy can help the monopoly manufacturer to effectively cope with the invasion of the secondary market as compared to being helpless. In the product upgrade model, the choice of product upgrade strategy is influenced by the improvement of product quality and upgrade cost. The greater the degree of product quality improvement, the smaller the cost of upgrading, and the more beneficial to the manufacturer. In the authorization mode, the manufacturer’s profit and the platform’s profit are influenced by the authorization ratio, and the manufacturer’s profit increases and the platform’s profit decreases with the increase of the authorization ratio.By setting an appropriate proportion of authorization, both manufacturer and platform can achieve a win-win situation. To sum up,this study has important theoretical and practical significance for promoting the healthy development of the second-hand durable goods market and the production and pricing of monopoly manufacturers. |
