With the rapid development of the economy and the rapid popularization of Internet industry technology,consumers’ consumption concepts are also constantly changing,people are no longer limited to the satisfaction of offline physical stores,online shopping malls,e-commerce are more popular with the public,consumers are also putting forward higher and higher requirements for online consumption experience.The rise of e-commerce has also brought a new impact to traditional retail,and some traditional retail companies have begun to seek a new business model.In order to meet the multi-faceted needs of consumers,the new retail business model was proposed in2016,the new retail business model is to effectively integrate online and offline and logistics,so that consumers can not only have the satisfaction of offline physical stores but also have the convenience of online shopping malls,but also use Internet digital technology to analyze consumer consumption preferences,can more accurately grasp consumer preferences and shopping psychology,coupled with the rapid development of logistics distribution system,make logistics transportation more convenient and faster.In short,the new retail model can better meet consumer needs and meet consumer experience.Therefore,this paper selects Bosideng,a leading enterprise in the textile and apparel industry,as the research object,analyzes the financial strategy of Bosideng under the new retail business model,comprehensively carries out strategic evaluation,and explores whether the implementation of the financial strategy of Bosideng enterprises based on the new retail business model brings positive effects to the enterprise,which can provide a theoretical reference for the future research of financial strategy under the new retail business model of other textile and apparel industries.This paper first sorts out the relevant literature of new retail and financial strategy,selects Bosideng as a case enterprise as the research object,introduces the development of Bosideng enterprises from the aspects of enterprise overview,overall strategy and business model,and analyzes the internal and external environment of Bosideng’s financial strategy environment under the new retail model.Secondly,the implementation of Bosideng’s financial strategy was analyzed from the four perspectives of investment strategy,fundraising strategy,operation strategy and income distribution strategy.After that,the implementation effect of Bosideng’s financial strategy was evaluated from the perspective of financial indicators and financial strategy matrix,and Canada Goose and PIL enterprises were introduced for comparative analysis.Finally,the corresponding enlightenment and optimization suggestions are obtained,hoping to provide reference opinions for the development of Bosideng under the new retail business model.
