| This study investigates the relationship between differential climate and employee counterproductive behavior in enterprises by starting from social comparison theory,and tries to explore the mediating role of employee jealousy in differential climate and counterproductive behavior in the local context,and to test its dual moderating effect between differential climate,employee jealousy and counterproductive behavior using power distance as the moderating variable.In this paper,the mature scale was developed into a questionnaire,and the questionnaire data were collected from employees of different enterprises and institutions,after which the 306 valid questionnaires obtained from the survey were statistically analyzed.The following conclusions were obtained from the empirical analysis:(1)corporate disordered atmosphere has a positive influence on employees’ counterproductive behavior;(2)employee jealousy plays a mediating role in the influence process between disordered atmosphere and counterproductive behavior;(3)power distance plays a moderating role in the process of employee jealousy’s effect on counterproductive behavior.Finally,based on the above research results,the shortcomings of this study are presented,and ideas and suggestions on how to deal with counterproductive behaviors are pointed out to promote healthy organizational management and operation. |
