Research On The Historical Evolution And Enlightenment Of Socialist Distribution According To Work

Distribution according to work is an important part of the socialist relations of production,is one of the essential contents of the socialist basic economic system,related to the realization of social equity and justice.Mao Zedong once pointed out that "the research problem should start from the analysis of history." So,this paper takes "history" as a clue to sort out and analyze the evolution of socialist distribution according to work,revealing the basic laws and summarizing the practical enlightenment,which can inject wisdom and strength into the development of distribution according to work under new the historical conditions.From the historical process,the evolution of socialist distribution according to work has experienced three important development processes:the stage of Utopian socialism,from fantasy to science,and from theory to practice.Specifically,in the stage of Utopian socialism,the Utopian socialists of the 16th and 18th centuries proposed distribution according to need and equal distribution,and in the 19th century,the three Utopian socialists proposed the idea of implementing distribution according to work in the future society.In the leap stage from fantasy to science,Marx and Engels took the establishment of historical materialism as the theoretical premise,the rapid development of capitalist economy as the material basis,and the development and expansion of the proletariat as the realistic force,explained it scientifically from three aspects:ideology viewpoint,system design and practical form.In the development stage from theory to practice,the establishment of the socialist state of the Soviet Union gave practical soil to distribution according to work.Lenin and Stalin carried out the preliminary practice on the basis of criticizing and inheriting Marx’s theory of distribution according to work.Since the founding of People’s Republic of China,several generations of national leaders,mainly represented by Mao Zedong,Jiang Zemin,Hu Jintao,Xi Jinping have inherited and continued the theory of distribution according to work,which has further deepened and advanced the practice.Based on the investigation and analysis of the development history of socialist distribution according to work,it is revealed that the development of productive forces is its material basis,the establishment and development of public ownership is its institutional foundation from theory to practice,the stage of socialist development and the diversity of socialist modes are the fundamental basis for the evolution of its form.It has important practical enlightenment for promoting the reform of distribution field in the new era.We must adhere to the principle of the people,abide by the position of the people,and give full play to the important role of distribution according to work in achieving common prosperity.We must adhere to the combination of Marx’s theory of distribution according to work with China’s actual situation.It is necessary to adhere to and improve the distribution system of"distribution according to work as the main body and multiple distribution modes coexist",and promote its continuous development and improvement from the positive interaction between theory and practice.
