From poverty eradication to rural revitalization,it reflects China’s determination to vigorously promote the construction of new rural areas and its exploration in narrowing the gap between the rich and the poor,while the continuous improvement of regional transportation infrastructure capacity can precisely guarantee the comprehensive rural revitalization while supporting the transportation network to play its full role.Based on this,this paper takes 28 poverty-removing counties in Heilongjiang Province as the main research objects and constructs a complex road-railway transportation network in Heilongjiang Province to promote the sustainable development of poverty-removing counties and ultimately realize rural revitalization.Firstly,the complex network model is used to analyze the characteristics of the road-railway composite transportation network in poverty-eradicated counties in Heilongjiang Province from the perspectives of node connectivity,network connectivity and network agglomeration,and to reveal the strength of transportation links between national and provincial poverty-eradicated counties based on the composite transportation network.Secondly,by searching and organizing the literature related to transportation poverty reduction and anti-poverty,we summarized the factors affecting the anti-poverty capacity of poor areas,and based on this,we constructed a comprehensive anti-poverty capacity evaluation index system to measure the anti-poverty capacity of each anti-poverty county in Heilongjiang Province,and revealed the spatial distribution pattern of anti-poverty capacity of anti-poverty counties.Finally,the main driving factors of the poverty reduction effect of the composite transportation network and the interaction among the influencing factors are analyzed by using a geographic detector,and the degree of influence of each factor of the transportation system on the anti-poverty ability of the poverty-removing counties is measured at the spatial level to analyze the poverty reduction effect of transportation.Through the above research analysis,the main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)the node connectivity of the road-railway composite transportation network in Heilongjiang Province varies significantly,and the national-level deprived counties are relatively weakly connected,specifically in terms of node connectivity and network accessibility levels,and the nodes in the network generally have relatively weak control over their neighboring nodes,with more obvious clustering characteristics;the provincial-level deprived counties show the opposite pattern characteristics.(2)The average anti-poverty ability of the 28 counties out of poverty is 34.98.In comparison,the comprehensive anti-poverty ability of the counties out of poverty at the national level is slightly stronger than that of the counties out of poverty at the provincial level,and the main factors affecting the level of comprehensive anti-poverty ability of the counties out of poverty are the balance of household savings and deposits,per capita GDP and the added value of secondary industry.(3)There are obvious differences in the spatial distribution characteristics of comprehensive anti-poverty capacity,economic development anti-poverty capacity,social life anti-poverty capacity and resource endowment anti-poverty capacity in 28 poverty-removing counties,and the areas with high,medium and low levels of each anti-poverty capacity mainly show four distribution states: point distribution,point+line distribution,point+slice distribution and line+slice distribution.(4)The degree of influence of each detection factor of the poverty reduction effect of the composite transportation network on the comprehensive anti-poverty ability of the counties out of poverty varies greatly,among which the factor of financial expenditure on transportation has the strongest influence on the comprehensive anti-poverty ability of the counties out of poverty,followed by land transportation accessibility,and the influence of road mileage per 10,000 people on the comprehensive anti-poverty ability of the counties out of poverty is the weakest.(5)The interaction effects of any two detection factors on the comprehensive anti-poverty ability of the anti-poverty counties are non-linearly enhanced,indicating that the poverty reduction effect of the composite transportation network is the result of the combined effect of multiple factors,with the number of highway entrances and exits in the county and the financial expenditure on transportation having the greatest influence when the two factors are combined.
