| Comprehensive budget is one of the important parts of modern enterprise management.It guides the specific business activities of enterprises through the allocation of internal resources.Based on the people-oriented concept,it covers a variety of theories such as systematization and objectives theory,and is an effective management mode for the future development of enterprises.Perfect comprehensive budget management system can ensure the high-speed operation of enterprises and boost the realization of enterprise strategic goals.The continuous deepening of big data analysis technology not only drives the digital wave of society and enterprises,but also provides technical support for the effective operation of the comprehensive budget management system.How to use big data analysis technology to promote the effective operation of overall budget is now one of the hot topics of concern of enterprises.This paper firstly introduces the domestic and foreign research status and related concepts of comprehensive budget by researching a large amount of literature on the basis of the previous scholars’literature research summary.Secondly,It investigates and analyzes the status quo,existing problems and solutions of the overall budget management of Chinese enterprises through the method of questionnaires.Finally,It obtained that the big data analysis technology has a positive impact on overall budget management after in-depth analysis of a leading enterprise in the medical device industry and then put forward some suggestions and assumptions for the defects in the existing mechanism and loopholes in management.This paper mainly includes as below1)Not only the accuracy of the comprehensive budget implementation can be improved by the application of big data analysis technology,but the process control of the budget management can be strengthened.(2)Big data analysis technology can promote the establishment of industry ecosystem.As described in this paper,M Group promotes the establishment of medical device industry platform,constructs medical device industry ecosystem,promotes the accuracy and efficiency of external budget information,and finally achieves the effective utilization of industry resources.(3)Big data technology provides more convenient technical support for enterprises to change from annual budget to rolling budget,so that rolling budget can be truly implemented.(4)Under the new technical conditions,to improve the budget management system and talent training are needed. |
