| According to the statistics report on The Development of Internet in China released by China Internet Network Information Center,the number of Internet users in China was 1.032 billion as of December 2021 and the Internet penetration rate has reached 73.0 percent.Internet has developed into an important platform for expressing social conditions and people’s livelihood demands.Users’ emotions,attitudes and other important information collide and friction with each other on public opinion platforms,leading to the rapid spread and fermentation of events.Therefore,polarization phenomenon is very easy to occur,causing public dissatisfaction,anger and other emotions,thus threatening social security and stability.Through the research of this paper,it is found that the communication characteristics are as follows:(1)there is "amplification effect" in public psychology;(2)The emotion lexicon of Dalian University of Technology is used as the general emotion lexicon to construct the field feature dictionary of this paper.Keywords are extracted and text coded.At the same time,the polarity and intensity of emotion expressed by various emotion words are identified and marked.(3)TF-IDF is used for sentiment analysis to study the emotional characteristics of different types of enterprise public opinion crisis spread in the network.(4)LDA is used analyze the emotional evolution characteristics of netizens in different types of crises.The results show that the propagation and evolution has the following characteristics:(1)Events follow the life cycle of public opinion and have a long tail effect;(2)The enterprise public opinion crisis breaks out suddenly and is easy to dissipate.The length of the event life cycle is obviously uncertain,and its life cycle mainly includes the hot discussion period,cooling period and dissipation period;(3)With the official announcement or the third party’s announcement of the survey results as the time node,the subjects of netizens’ attention can be roughly classified into "statement of fact","survey results","Netizens’ attitude","Enterprise evaluation","treatment evaluation","treatment scheme" and "enterprise attitude".In addition,netizens of different types of public opinion crisis pay different attention to different themes before and after the time node. |
