Research On Risk Management Of Commercial Bank Data Middle Platform Project

Nowadays,China’s national economy and information technology are developing rapidly.Technologies such as A(Artificial Intelligence),B(Big Data),C(Cloud Computing)and D(District Chain)are becoming more and more mature.Data has become a new means of production.As an enterprise providing financial services,commercial banks have inherent advantages in capital conditions,customer groups,technology accumulation,talent quality and so on.They can enjoy many conveniences brought by social development and technological innovation.But in this era when data is value,how to keep it from being eliminated on today’s digital high-speed track.Digital transformation has become the focus of many enterprises,among which the data middle platform is the foundation and important field of construction.The core definition of data middle platform is to treat data as an asset,and then use the asset to provide services for enterprise operation.The data comes from the business and feeds back the business.This paper systematically studies the basic theory and technical methods of risk management of data platform project of commercial bank,taking the risk management in the implementation of data platform project of A village bank as an example.Through the risk analysis of the environment,schedule,cost,resources and interested parties in the project,the overall risk of the project is clarified and various risks in the project are identified.In the process,technologies such as brainstorming and questionnaire survey are used to identify the risks of the project,and finally four common risks such as environmental risk,management risk,technical risk and outsourcing risk are identified;Then evaluate the risks in the list,and use the technology such as expert research method to evaluate and classify the identified risks.Through analysis,the risk with the greatest impact on the project is policy risk.If the project does not meet the regulatory requirements,it will have a devastating impact on the project.The most common risk is the demand management risk in the management risk.In it projects,the demand is often vague,the demand does not meet the actual demand,and the demand changes frequently;After that,corresponding risk response plans will be made according to the risk assessment results,and risk control will be carried out in the whole life cycle of the project.
